Attention SB Line Metrolink Riders: Want better service on the San Bernardino Line? Take a Metrolink Survey - link here

The employees of Metrolink Train system have been strategizing over improvements to the Metrolink system for the last few years.  With that being said, changes in strategy have been announced and will undoubtedly result in better train service on all Metrolink train lines as shown on Metrolink train system map shown below.  Part of these improvements is the gathering of 'passenger requests' for improvements (through surveys).  Yes, Metrolink wants to hear from passengers on how to improve their service.

For the San Bernardino Line shown below, Metrolink sent out a survey via e-mail to organizations like ours (Bikecar101) to share with the public.  We hope that each person will participate in filling out the survey -- instructions and example questions below.

The San Bernardino Line survey is teasing out upgrades by passengers.  Here is the link to the San Bernardino Line survey (Click Here to access).  An example question is shown below:

The question above is aimed at 'Rush Hour' trains.  There are two choices.  The first offers trains every 15 minutes. Second, more trains but with certain trains stopping at selected stops on route to Los Angeles Union Station.  Basically, the choices are either trains every 15 minutes or trains every 15 minutes with a mixture of trains stopping at selected stops.

What about 'off hours' - train schedules?  Below is an example of 'off hours' question:

The question asks about 'mid day' and 'late night' train schedules.  Would the public like to have a couple of options - one normal train and one express train (selective stops) for mid-day and late night service?   I would rather have two trains every 30 minutes (one every 15 minutes) for greater options and more flexibility in traveling schedules.

How do you feel about the service on Metrolink's San Bernardino Line?  Please fill out the survey -- Click here.  Your opinion does count and is needed to ensure better service on the San Bernardino Line.  Thank you and have a great day.
